Hotel Bristol - Mostar

The location near the old town was fantastic. The room faced a noisy street, making sleep difficult.

Overall it was very well furnished and extremely spacious with a view. The staff were nice and agreeable and the location was amazing on the deck area...

A bit small bathroom, and the breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel was luxurious and fairly clean, with very polite staff at all times. The location was magnificent, at a moderate distance from Mosque in Podhum. They served nice food in the terrace for breakfast.

The staff were as friendly as a neighbor bringin' over a pie. Room was clean and had plenty of space to stretch out after my travels. Breakfast was a whole feast! Got me right in the mood to explore Mostar. Just wish the shower was less tricky to figure out.

The units were big with view.

they have wheelchair accessible rooms with a balcony, up to the mountains and a beautiful view and care about everyone. the atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. the breakfast choices are tasteful and sumptuous with the '' coffee '' and an omlette, for instance. thank you for a very relaxing stay.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

Shower placement is low. Mould around the edges of the bathtub detracts from the overall cleanliness. The housekeeping left windows open after cleaning, inviting bugs into the bathroom. Limited protein options at breakfast, with the attendant absent when items needed to be refilled.

We had comfortable stay.

The room we had was huge and spacious with a mini-bar and the staff was nice. Location: the hotel was very close to the beautiful Neretva river and main attractions of Mostar and around 10-15min to old town.

The noisy street outside gave me no rest at all, not the hotel's fault, but still annoying. The bathroom door knobs were loose and wobbly, made me question my safety. I really woudl ve appreciated some complimentary gesture after all this discomfort, maybe a welcome gift? I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The location is ideal, right on the river with fine views. It's also just a short stroll to the old town and nearby shopping options. The room isnice and neat, and the breakfast is satisfying with a nice variety to choose from.

The shower design could use some improvement, a bit tricky to use.

After visiting mostar before, this time the hotel was great with its comfy room and amazing staff. I especially appreciated the helpful attitudes of everyone this long journey enjoyable.

Clean room with friendly staff. Wi-Fi was fast. Bar had great cocktails, but noisy at night.

Recommended for a couple's getaway

We had a surprisingly pleasant time . The staff was super helpful, even packed us breakfast for our early departure. The location was great, like having a command center to explore from. And the room was spacious and clean, just what we needed after a long journey!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still within reason for the quality of service.

The suite was unexpectedly huge, with an entrance hall and two spacious bedrooms that wowed us. We enjoyed unwinding on the sun terrace and loved having access to the leisure room during our stay. Just a heads-up, the shower height might not be ideal for taller folks, but it didn't spoil our fun! 😊

The location was perfect, only about 10 minutes from the bus station and the old bridge. The standout feature was the helpful staff who packed us a lunch since we had to leave before breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
